Support Workers

We have highly trained general, mental health nurses and health care assistants as well as support workers for temporary, short notice placements across Wales and England. Our staff possess the ‘6’ C’s of nursing namely Caring, Courage, Compassion, Confident, Competence, Communication and commitment. At Wyefield Healthcare we are defined by the quality of care we provide in order to help individuals and also improve their health and wellbeing. Our staff team have the courage to overcome any challenges they face within the working environments and ensure they do what is best for the patients that we care for. Our staff team are compassionate, and they ensure that they provide care with empathy, respect and dignity.
